Mom's Pumpkin Cookies and Cream Cheese Frosting

Hey everyone!

This weekend actually brought some fall weather (along with tons of rain), so I thought it was the perfect time to make pumpkin cookies! There are alot of pumpkin cookie recipes out there, but I don't trust any of them more than my mom's. I grew up scarfing them down along with her amazing cream cheese frosting. You can substitute the white flour for whole wheat flour and it will still taste just as amazing! Enjoy!
